In a landmark event for Veteran health care, VA rolled out its new electronic health record system Oct. 24 at select medical facilities in the Pacific Northwest. This technology will help create a better health care and patient experience for Veterans. The EHR will be implemented at facilities across the country over a 10-year period. Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA): Anonymous online peer-to-peer anxiety and depression support group.

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA): Online support groups provide people living with depression and bipolar disorder a place to share experiences, discuss coping skills, and offer hope to one another. DBSA support groups are peer-led, meaning they are facilitated by someone living with a mood disorder.

DepressionTribe Support Group: Online peer-to-peer support group for individuals living with the challenge of depression or bipolar disorder.

TheTribe Wellness Community: Online, peer-to-peer support group for individuals living with the daily challenge of anxiety, depression, and addiction.
